Vecolas: the laser cut

This is the basic stencil suited
for all your applications.

The material used for the Vecolasstencils is Stainless Steel;
the standard available thickness' are 100, 120, 150, 180, 200
and 250 micron. Other thickness' and materials are on request. |

The stencils are available in any required format up to 800 x 800
mm with an axis accuracy of +/-5 µm over the cutting area. The
accuracy of the laser cut feature dimensions are up to +/-10
µm. |

The tapered walls of the apertures result in easy paste release

With the optional TurboCut we can offer you round laser cut
holes of 60 µm to 1000 µm diameter, the accuracy in roundness
is more than 96%. |

The high production speed of this technologically superior

possible.
