This is our high-end, hard-nickel,durablelasercut stencil
suited for all printing applications.

The material used for the Vecolasnicstencils is a newly developed
electroformed nickel; the available thickness' are 50 - 200
micron. |

The stencils are available in any required format up to 750 x 600
mm with an axis accuracy of +/-5 µm over the cutting area. The
accuracy of the laser cut feature dimensions are up to +/-10
µm. |

The tapered walls of the apertures result in easy paste release. |

With the optional TurboCut we can offer you round laser cut
holes of 60 µm to 1000 µm diameter, the accuracy in roundness
is more than 96%. |
